My classes last week have been focusing on knee spring and using body mass in our tkd patterns to get more power, and using the superman punch variations and drills for gaining distance and evasion in tkd and kb sparring sessions. Kickboxers have also being going through their syllabus person toward their grading.
Some good sweaty sessions as well as good brain work outs. Well done!
